Developing leaders
I consult with large companies to help develop leaders. I have won awards* on both sides of the Atlantic for my leadership development work with a FTSE 50 company over nine years. I have written two books on leadership published by John Wiley & Sons, also published two eBooks on leadership, each with over one million views, and been voted twice into Global Gurus’ Top 30 Global Leadership Gurus List, coming in at 17th one year and 14th the next. I was Chief Learning Officer at the Inspired Leaders Network, in charge of identifying, encapsulating and sharing great leadership practice.

Impact I’m proudest of
- The UN uses my leadership work as part of its competency development guide for peacekeepers and other UN staff
- The book Leadership Essentials for Emergency Medical Services, used in the NHS and other health systems, cites my work and draws on it for a chapter on ethics and leadership
